The project does not build: it discovers. A place closed for years—a former bakery, then a warehouse—recovers its life by hosting a Lindy Hop dance school without erasing any of the layers that time had deposited on its walls, its floors, and its centuries-old structure. The scars remain; defects become a decorative argument. The intervention is reduced to what is strictly necessary: ​​two partitions, an enclosing wall to create a patio, toilets and changing rooms. The program adapts to the existing structure of load-bearing walls, not the other way around. The furniture is born from the demolition itself—beams and wooden flooring recovered from an attic—closing a material cycle that makes recycling not an economic strategy but an ethical position. The result is a space that oozes history and invites you to stay beyond the class. It is not low cost design: it is #MuchoConLittle, a methodology that in this case finds its most honest expression.
